Osbaldo Zamora Vega

Osbaldo has a B.Sc. in Geology from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, Mexico; an M.Sc. in Geochemistry from the National Autonomous University of Mexico; and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta. He has 17 years of diversified geological experience ranging from exploration to mining.
Jeremy Yaseniuk
VP Corporate Development, Director
Mr. Yaseniuk is a highly motivated, team orientated management professional with more than 20 years of experience in business financing, restructuring, recapitalizing and assisting public companies. He has aided more than 12 public companies with going public and facilitated restructuring debt for 3, directly raised more than $25 million and assisted in raising more than $300 million as a group effort. His previous positions as Broker, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, Director and Manager of Growth and Development have provided a significant understanding of business and the capital markets in addition to creating an extensive professional network.
Justin Bourassa
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bourassa is an entrepreneur with over twelve years of experience in the financial management, governance and reporting of private corporations and publicly-listed mineral exploration and mining companies operating in North and South America, Australasia and Africa. He is a graduate of Accounting and Strategic Measurement from Grant MacEwan University.
He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Crystal Exploration Inc. and Phoenix Drilling Corp., as well as Controller and/or provided controllership duties for North Country Gold Corp., Brilliant Resources Inc., Lithoquest Diamonds Inc., Graphite One Resources Ltd., Niblack Mining Corp. and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.

Mr. Mager holds a BCom degree from the University of Alberta’s School of Business and has thirty years of experience in the formation, finance, promotion, development, management, governance, merger, acquisition and disposition of private and public enterprises. Since 1998, he has served as Advisor, Director, President, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer for TSXV and ASX listed companies with operations in logistics, mineral exploration and mining industries and interests in North and South America, Africa and Australasia.
Ian McPherson

A graduate of Queen's University, Mr. McPherson has broad business acumen, having worked extensively in branding, strategic planning, marketing and advertising in both domestic and international markets across diverse industry categories. In addition to his current role as Director of Aston Bay Holdings Inc., he has served the junior resources sector in recent years in investor relations, corporate development and financing roles.
Jamie Hutton
Director
Mr. Hutton currently consults for various companies in the diamond drilling industry. For six years, his role was General Manager of Foraco Canada Ltd., Western Division, a position he held since Connors Drilling Ltd. was sold to Foraco International on February 1, 2007. He oversaw the bidding, operational and administrative activities of Foraco Drilling Ltd. which conducts contract diamond drilling operations in western Canada, NWT, Nunavut and Yukon. Mr. Hutton holds a BSc degree in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia (1972) and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from UBC (1979).
From September 1, 1993 until June 8, 1998, Mr. Hutton held the position of Contract Manager for Connors Drilling Ltd. in Canada and was appointed General Manager for the Connors Drilling group which conducted contract diamond drilling operations in Canada, Chile, Argentina, and Ecuador. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operational and administrative activities in those locations.

Eugene Puritch
President, P&E Mining Consultants
Mr. Puritch is a professional mining engineer specializing in geological modeling and mine design with over 35 years experience in engineering and operations of open-pit and underground mines. Throughout his career, Mr. Puritch has worked in Latin America in addition to many other parts of the world. His focus has been gold, silver, base metals, PGM and iron deposits ranging from small underground narrow vein structures to large open-pit multi-element properties.
