Mr. Williamson, has a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Geology, (1988) from the University of Alberta. He is an independent consultant and entrepreneur with more than thirty years of global experience, including twenty-three in the management, development and governance of public companies conducting worldwide mineral exploration and mining.
He has served as Founder, Chairman, President, CEO, CFO, or Director of 20 or more listed companies in Canada and Australia. He is currently an Officer of Altiplano Resources Ltd., a Director of Black Sea Copper and Gold Corp. (formerly Alternative Earth Resources Inc)., and Chairman of Lithoquest Diamonds Inc. Throughout his career he has discovered and or evaluated numerous projects through to feasibility production and mining.
On more than one occasion his teams’ efforts were recognized for excellence by being named to the TSX Venture 50TM, a ranking of Canada's top emerging public companies listed on TSX Venture Exchange, as a "Top 10 Mining Company" based on a formula that includes revenue, return on investment, market cap growth, and trading volume.
Mr. Williamson is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). He is also a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and Member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
Osbaldo Zamora Vega
Mr. Zamora has a B.Sc. in Geology from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, an M.Sc. in Geochemistry from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economic Geology at the University of Alberta. He is conducting research on ore-formation processes in the Zacatecas Mining District, Mexico, a world-class silver mining district.
Mr. Zamora has 17 years of geological experience that ranges from precious metals exploration to mining, has worked for major companies such as PENOLES and Mauricio Hochschild as an exploration geologist, and participated actively in a drilling program that lead to the discovery of the Pinos Altos mine. He worked at La Cienega mine, a FRESNILLO PLC underground mine operation, performing underground mapping, grade control, planning and supervision of drilling programs, core logging, geological modeling, and reserve estimation. Additionally, he also has worked for junior companies including Continuum Resources Mexico in Oaxaca, Mexico, North Country Gold at the Three Bluffs project in Nunavut, Canada, and recently, for Altiplano Minerals Ltd on the generation of new projects.
VP Corporate Development, Director
Mr. Yaseniuk is a highly motivated, team orientated management professional with more than 20 years of experience in business financing, restructuring, recapitalizing and assisting public companies. He has aided more than 12 public companies with going public and facilitated restructuring debt for 3, directly raised more than $25 million and assisted in raising more than $300 million as a group effort. His previous positions as Broker, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, Director and Manager of Growth and Development have provided a significant understanding of business and the capital markets in addition to creating an extensive professional network.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bourassa is an entrepreneur with over eleven years of experience in the financial management, governance and reporting of private corporations and publicly-listed and mineral exploration and mining companies operating in North and South America, Australasia and Africa. He is a graduate of Accounting and Strategic Measurement from Grant MacEwan University.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Altiplano Resources Ltd. and Controller of Lithoquest Diamonds Inc. He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Crystal Exploration Inc. and Phoenix Drilling Corp., as well as Controller and/or provided controllership duties for North Country Gold Corp., Brilliant Resources Inc., Graphite One Resources Ltd., Niblack Mining Corp. and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.
Justin also provides leadership and management to a community-focused board game café in Edmonton which he co-founded in 2016 called The Gamers' Lodge.
Mr. Mager has twenty-five years of experience in management and governance of private and public enterprises with operations in North and South America, Africa and Australasia. He has served as Director, Advisor, President, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and/or Chief Financial Officer for several TSXV and ASX listed companies, including North Country Gold Corp., Brilliant Resources Inc., Crystal Exploration Inc., Graphite One Resources Inc., Kaminak Gold Corp., Indicator Minerals Inc., Niblack Mineral Development Inc., Corsa Coal Corp. and Grizzly Discoveries Inc.
A graduate of Queen's University, Mr. McPherson has broad business acumen, having worked extensively in branding, strategic planning, marketing and advertising in both domestic and international markets across diverse industry categories. In addition to his current role as Director of Aston Bay Holdings Inc., he has served the junior resources sector in recent years in investor relations, corporate development and financing roles, most recently as the VP Communications for West Melville Metals Inc. and previously as the Director of Marketing for Aurora Mineral Resource Group and The Discovery Group of Companies.
Mr. Hutton currently consults for various companies in the diamond drilling industry. For six years, his role was General Manager of Foraco Canada Ltd., Western Division, a position he held since Connors Drilling Ltd. was sold to Foraco International on February 1, 2007. He oversaw the bidding, operational and administrative activities of Foraco Drilling Ltd. which conducts contract diamond drilling operations in western Canada, NWT, Nunavut and Yukon. Mr. Hutton holds a BSc degree in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia (1972) and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from UBC (1979).
From September 1, 1993 until June 8, 1998, Mr. Hutton held the position of Contract Manager for Connors Drilling Ltd. in Canada and was appointed General Manager for the Connors Drilling group which conducted contract diamond drilling operations in Canada, Chile, Argentina, and Ecuador. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operational and administrative activities in those locations.

Mr. Puritch is a professional mining engineer specializing in geological modeling and mine design with over 35 years experience in engineering and operations of open-pit and underground mines. Throughout his career, Mr. Puritch has worked in Latin America in addition to many other parts of the world. His focus has been gold, silver, base metals, PGM and iron deposits ranging from small underground narrow vein structures to large open-pit multi-element properties.
